One to one training and Behaviour consultations
Our one to one training is £50 for one hour or £200 for a block of 5 sessions and can be tailored to suit your individual needs. We can help with basic obedience, specific exercises such as loose lead walking and recall, general complaints and more. One to one sessions can also be utilised for assistance dog training for both public access training and task training as well as achieving the level of training required to become a therapy dog.
We also offer a puppy essentials session where we can help you prepare for your new puppy, help them settle and start on some essential ground work. If purchased along with our puppy foundation training course the price is reduced to £40.
One to one training takes place in your home or at a preferred location e.g. A local dog walking field if you specifically want to work on recall in that location.
Behaviour consultations are offered on veterinary referral and can help with a range of behavioural problems such as lead reactivity, separation anxiety, aggression, resource guarding, excessive barking, generalised anxiety etc. Our behaviour package is £175 and consists of a pre consultation questionnaire, your initial one hour consultation, a follow up consultation two weeks later and a phone follow up two weeks after that. You will also receive a full written report and personalised treatment programme designed to meet the individual needs of you and your dog.
If you would like a behaviour consultation please get in touch for a veterinary referral form to take to your vets. Several local vets also refer you directly to us so if this is the case we can liaise directly with them. It is important that your vet signs off on behaviour modification due to many behaviour problems having potential medical causes which would need considering in the treatment programme.
