PRICES: Please note that in 2024, to reflect the yearly increase in hall hire fee at all our locations, our puppy and bronze training courses will go up from £88 to £98 for 8 weeks. This includes the official kennel club assessment and certification. It has been several years since we have raised our prices and hope that everyone understands the need to do so. Anyone booking onto a course that starts in the new year who pays before 5th April 2024 will pay the current price of £88. All courses thereafter will be at the new price of £98. The silver / Gold and advanced blocks will remain at £88 for 8 weeks.
Missed classes within this cannot be refunded. For example if you have a holiday planned during the course and only plan on attending 6 classes, you will still be required to pay the full course fee. We will do our best to ensure that missed content is explained and can provide you with ‘homework’ to do so you do not fall behind. On booking any of our courses, your space on the course is reserved only. However, once payment has cleared this will secure your space meaning that when the course is full any additional enquiries will not be offered a space on that course. There is a no refund policy on all our courses, however in extenuating circumstances please contact us to discuss your situation. If a course can not be attended for any reason, a refund will only be possible if we have enough notice to fill your space. We may be in a position to offer you an alternative option such as a transfer on to the next course, however this is dependant on availability.
